Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with our restoration services, please contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments at no additional cost, provided the issues are related to our workmanship or materials.

Warranty Coverage

Our restoration services come with a warranty that covers:

  • Workmanship defects for a period of 12 months from service completion
  • Material defects in materials we provide for the duration specified by the manufacturer
  • Structural repairs for the agreed warranty period as specified in your service agreement

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or external factors
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions
  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of service

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to complete the agreed-upon work due to circumstances beyond your control
  • If you cancel service before work has begun (subject to any non-refundable deposit terms)
  • If we fail to meet agreed-upon service standards and cannot remedy the situation

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service completion. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled service:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before scheduled service: Full refund of any deposit
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before scheduled service: Deposit may be retained
  • Cancellation after work has begun: Charges apply for work completed to date

Material Returns

If we have ordered custom materials specifically for your project, these materials may not be returnable. Standard materials that have not been used may be eligible for return, subject to supplier return policies and restocking fees.

Inspection and Assessment

Before any refund or return is processed, we may require:

  • Inspection of the furniture to assess the condition
  • Review of the original service agreement
  • Documentation of any issues or concerns

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. We are committed to working with our customers to ensure satisfaction. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, we may engage in mediation or other dispute resolution processes as appropriate.

Limitations

This Return Policy applies to services provided by Bestmarketplace. It does not apply to:

  • Third-party products or services
  • Services provided by subcontractors (covered under separate agreements)
  • Damage that occurs after service completion due to customer negligence
